3rd of December - Arrival & Orientation
If possible, we would love for volunteers to be available from 3 December to support the setup and preparation of the event spaces before we welcome participants on 4 December.
The preparation will take place from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM including dedicated time to connect, meet the team, and kick off the event together!

4, 5, 6, 8, 9 & 10 December - Festival Days
Enjoy a mix of volunteering, inspiring talks, workshops, networking opportunities and unforgettable experiences. Volunteers can expect Approximately 5 hours of volunteering per day, leaving plenty of time to take part in the festival and connect with the community.

7 December - Adventure & Recharge Day
Explore Madeira's stunning mountains, valleys, and coastline on a jeep tour (depending on availability in the jeeps), or enjoy a day off in the middle of the week to relax, recharge, and experience the island at your own pace.
